I listened to some of this Indian hip hop guy's music and I'm just like what...the...f---???
I'm sure all you guys probably are fans of this guy Nivla. I guess his name is Alvin, but I dont know...I'm not a fan, I dont know the guy and frankly, I don't care to delve into the mystery behind his stupid moniker.
Anyway, his music is just plain garbage. What's up with the Punjabi guy screaming in the background on every track? And in my humble opinion (NOTE THE WORD "OPINION"), his music comes off to me specifically (maybe not others) as very commercial. I now would like to take a moment of silence to pray for his fans. I wonder if he really cares about them or if he just writes music he's not proud of just because he knows that Indian kids have loads of money and they'll buy up his cd like rabid dogs.
I knew alot of kids back in Detroit, even 9 year old girls that write better rhymes when they're playing double dutch on the playground. Really what sort of garbage do this young Indian kids buy into these days?
Of course, this American Malu 3 movie will have his music in it. Wow, how unexpected. Gimme a break. I dont understand why the administrators of this site is catering to such a pathetic audience by posting that movie onto here. Leave it on YouTube. I joined this site and it was just full of professional adults like myself and then suddenly these Vampii people post up a page announcing they are promoting American Malu 3. All of a sudden, this place is slowly being taken over by stupid Indian kids who can't shave yet so they use their sister's eyeline to fill out their G-line. Yo, Jenson, Benson, Toby, Boby, and Riju and Liju--- you look like a f'kn infant with ink on his face.
Well getting back to Nivla. Why can't he rap about something more profound like all the MILLIONS of things our people have done and accomplished in history? Or the MILLIONS of indian immigrants around the WORLD that leave the motherland with $4 in their pocket and make a decent living?
Sigh. In my opinion, just another typical Indian. I bet he grew up in Ardsley. If I cared enough, I would just google him and find out but I think I had enough of his jabber to last me a life time.

"The South Asian music industry is slowly on the up and coming. I think the UK was running it really hard and they still are, but I think the U.S. and Canada are on the come up. However, to be honest, I think South Asians are mad fickle individuals. It's hard for them to support people who are trying to come up. They won't even look in your direction until you're big time. I've performed in front of some really dead crowds, but whenever I performed in a non-South Asian venue, it's all love. Real recognized real. That's not always the case with South Asians."
The sentence where he said that's not always the case with South Asians is in reference to him performing in front of them and in front of non-south asians. He's saying that he gets more love from non south asians (which is bs) and that "real recognized real", indicating or implying that south asians aren't "real". pretty ironic that nivla is giving pointers on how to be real when he talks like he grew up in the heart of harlem with black guys, when in reality he grew up in a white picket fence house with his mummy and daddy. sorry, kb, he's a poser.
