Hey guys, if you have a Yahoo email, and you try to sign up to Vampii, our confirmation link may end up in your spam or junk folder.  If you do not receive the confirmation link just send us an email at info@vampii.com, and we'll activate your account for you.   So far, it seems Yahoo is the only one who's doing this, but anyone who is having trouble with confirmation emails can let us know and we'll take care of it.  Thanks.

We've made a couple of changes on Vampii.com and just wanted to inform the users of these changes.  Some are minor, some are major and some are just backend technical stuff that you shouldn't really care about.   Anyway here are the changes we've implemented so far:

We are proud to release the first part of American Malu 3 to our Vampii members tonight.  We know it's been a long wait, but as we mentioned it's definitely worth it.  Stay tuned soon for more episodes very soon! 

We've added two new games to the arcade:  Square Bounce and Falldown.  Start playing these games to take over the Arcade leaderboard and get your Arcade Achievement!

Vampii.com is holding its first user contest this week!  The rules are simple.  Invite your friends, get them to join and add you as a friend in the community.  At the end of the contest period, we'll review all of our members and whoever has the most friends will win a $25 e-gift certificate to any store that gives e-gift certificates!  You don't have to be stuck with us giving you a certificate to some store that you'll never go to, or hate to shop at.  You win the contest, and you tell us which store you want.  Invite and add 100 friends or more, and the gift certificate will be for $50!  We'll have your e-gift certificate out to you the same day you let us know which store you prefer.  Every Vampii member is eligible to win, and it's probably the easiest thing you can do to win $25 or $50.  So start inviting your friends now!

There is a new section on your user profile called "Vampii Achievements".  These are awards given out to users who complete some task, are part of some group, or were at the right place at the right time. Most achievements will go to only one member, but members can "steal" achievements from others by besting them in the achievement category.  Some achievements can't be stolen and are given as recognition. Consider it a kind of competition to see who can rack up the most achievements.  What's the point?  Well you win certain perks and prizes after you collect a certain amount of achievements.  The only way to win these prizes is to try to complete the achievement task.  Vampii Admins are not eligible for any awards, except the sports team awards.  There are an unlimited amount of achievements, and more are added all the time, so check back here often for an updated list.
